So, the other big release for me at least is the 4 mech Primitives Lance Pack. This lance pack consisted of the following four Primitives: Thunderbolt Longbow Wasp Banshee The reason I like these 'mechs is that even though they are primitive variants. I prefer how the look when compared to their Project Phoenix versions and can, and will, use them to represent variants from the primitive era to the modern era. Personally the eras I prefer to play in though are the Star League Era, well the late Star League era, and the Fedcom Civil War era All of these 'Mechs can be used in both eras as any number of variants and in my opinion look much better then some of the other variants out there. As far as why I prefer these eras, it is for a few reasons. In the late star league era you can be anywhere from the periphery to the core worlds either fighting against Taurian rebels or fighting to free the oppressed worlds of the Hegemony. During the FCCW you are fighting in a violent civil war that reaches across the entire Inner Sphere and had no true good guy or bad guy but instead had two sides fighting for what they believed is right and also had several people who were simply trying to stay out of the fight. The pictures tot he right are from Ironwind Metals website. While the models were released first at Gencon, it is my understanding that they will be released for general sale sometime in the next few weeks. Lately though the release schedule has had Mechs from the XTRO series and also some from the TRO 3145 series. I'm including the release Schedule for IWM below. Until then, enjoy the pics and happy painting -CJ The release schedule for Ironwind Metals over the next few weeks is: On or about week of August 26th, 2013... 20-5076 TDR-1C Thunderbolt Mech (XTRO Primitives III PDF – 65 Tons) $13.50 20-5077 LGB-0C Longbow Mech (XTRO Primitives III PDF – 85 Tons) $15.50 20-5078 WSP-1 Wasp Mech (XTRO Primitives II PDF – 20 Tons) $9.50 20-5079 BNC-1E Banshee Mech (XTRO Primitives II PDF – 95 Tons) $16.50 On or about week of September 30th, 2013...
