Good afternoon, This past weekend I was supposed to attend a Steamroller Deathclock tournament at The Game Vault here in Fredericksburg, VA. Unfortunately thought we ended up short on players for a tournament which is odd in the area. On the plus side though since we all came out to play and we had some players we all beat the snot out of each other a couple times and had some fun. I also got some pictures of some cool armies while I was there.

So, this past Weekend at the Game Vault we had a Deathclock event. I ended up having a great time for the most part and got to play against some casters I havent ever played against before. What can I say, I dont get out often. Anyway, I have summed up the matches and I think I learned some lessons. Like a mad scientist bringing his creation to life I have been locked away in my basement laboratory toiling and creating, mixing the right things together to bring life to a wonderful creation.... Yeah, I have been painting. The latest project on the mad scientists table right now is a Empire army. the army is a Middenheim army. Knowing almost nothing about Warhammer Fantasy.... at least I will admit it. Today, I have finally finished the Tyranid army. It is a wonderful beautiful day. I am wondering if that is why the Myan Long Count Calendar ended today, I mean the nids are done, this must be the Apocalypse. I am digressing though. I am gald to finally have the Tyranid army finished. If you want to take a look just click here. I am very proud of this army. It is full of custom base work and there are a few small minor nods that were done to some of the guys in the army. I think overall it has a good and unique look I dont see on the table that often for Tyranids. |
